We will focus on breathing techniques and move with
purpose as we flow through this warm vinyasa.
Make sure to pre-hydrate the day before.
(Chugging a water on the way to class doesn’t count)
Bring a water and consider buying a hot yoga towel
so you don’t slip on your sweaty mat.
My yoga journey started 15 years ago. I started slowly but, found myself diving deeper into this practice of mindful movement. I have received so many benefits from yoga, I wanted to share this "feel good". I've lead classes in preschools, after-school programs, churches and health club settings. I earned my RYT 200 through YogaFit, focusing on safe body mechanics and proper alignment. Always reminding students to listen to our bodies, let go of expectations and not take ourselves too seriously. I teach Vinyasa(Flow) Style yoga to lengthen, strengthen and balance the body. I've gained a new perspective from centeredbeing, to empower people through a creative combination of breathing, positive intentions & flowing movement. I wholeheartedly believe in the benefits of mindful movement practices and intend to share them with as many people as I can.
